Thats right.... Apparently in this article, we learn that condoms are slowing village growth and school attendance.
I just don't undertstand where this mentality comes from. I am flabbergasted.

Peace Corps
I was first invited to serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kiribati in the South Pacific as a secondary educator within local schools.
However, due to non-emergency circumstances, my training group had to transfer to other countries.
I am currently working with Community Health Promotion in Fiji. I am working in the Ba Province on the West Coast of Viti Levu.
